Herman D. Crow
Herman D. Crow (April 15, 1851 – October 22, 1915) was an American politician in the state of Washington. He served in the Washington State Senate from 1899 to 1905.[1] From 1913 to 1915, Crow was a Justice of the Washington state Supreme Court. He died of cancer in 1915.[2][3]
